Tender description

Bowland SET (South, East & Tower) was refurbished in 2013 into a Student Accommodation block consisting of bedrooms, bedrooms with ensuites, shared bathrooms / shower rooms and communal kitchen and living spaces. Lancaster University has carried out a 12-month defects inspection on all Mechanical and Electrical Services making up the student residences at Bowland SET, and have produced a Specification which is being issued to M&E Contractors for rectifying the defects identified in the report.
