Tender description
CQC are seeking to procure a candidate attraction partner to support recruitment activity by supporting the development of innovative attraction strategies, including social media campaigns and other specialist strategies, and deliver cost effective attraction activities. Priority campaigns will be the attraction and recruitment of 600 frontline Inspection staff (inspectors and Inspection Managers) and c.50 – 80 Intelligence colleagues (specifically Analysts) in the first year, as well as a number of smaller volume recruitment campaigns for individual roles across the organisation in the first year and beyond.
