Bournemouth Borough Council is seeking a commercial operator with extensive experience of the delivery and operation of a surf school or similar attraction to provide a surf school and retail outlet in Unit 2 of The Overstrand building at Boscombe. Bournemouth Seafront attracts around 4.3 million visitors each year. The 7 miles of golden sandy beaches are particularly enjoyed by families and those with an interest in water sports. This opportunity will allow the successful operator to become part of a vibrant and expanding community at Boscombe. The agreement is for 10 years commencing 1st March 2016, with a mutual break clause every 2 years.
