Tender description

EirGrid intends to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of a Sharepoint Support and Advisory Service, including personnel with consultancy skills who can assist and advise on Group SharePoint Strategy. The Framework period will be for a period of three years with an option for EirGrid to extend annually for up to 24 months, subject always to the satisfactory performance of each member. EirGrid Group is seeking a service provider who will provide a number of key Sharepoint Support services. EirGrid also require consultancy services to assist and advise on Group SharePoint Strategy. These services should be integrated to provide a seamless customer-friendly service. Please refer to Scope of Work attached to this e-tenders notice for the detailed requirements.
