EirGrid wishes to award a contract to: • review our current finance procedures and reporting arrangements; • advise how they should be amended to fully utilise the capabilities and embedded controls of our ERP system; • review the allocation of roles and responsibilities so as to ensure appropriate segregation of duties; and • document the revised procedures.
