HMRC needs to engage a highly experienced central Programme Management Office (PMO) to support them moving forward, experts with experience and a proven track record in running and working and supporting HMRC in the creation of a central PMO with expertise in delivering a complex programme of a similar size, profile and nature to ARP - preferably including experience in supporting programmes that required exit and transition from a major IT contract.
