Tender description

The deep cleaning service helps to maintain the highest standard of hygiene in kitchen areas and prolongs the working life of catering equipment, and is a legal requirement under health and safety legislation and an insurance requirement. All school kitchens in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham are required at least once a year to ensure that they have some level of deep cleaning, this can be from the extraction system to a structural clean or a to a full deep clean. The Council requires a supplier to perform specialist annual kitchen deep clean services at schools within the borough (ranging from extraction systems cleaning through to full deep cleaning).
