A number of the Local Authorities within the West Midlands are considering establishing a Combined Authority within the region. As part of our programme of work considering the creation of Combined Authority and exercising collaboration across the region, we need to appoint client side and economic advisors to: · Work with our Programme Office at the City of Wolverhampton · Give support and advice to Leaders and Chief Executives through workshops, jointly facilitated by the client side and economic advisors and our Strategic and Financial advisors, · Help determine the region's functional economic market area and review and comment on the economic attributes of the area · Give support and advice to the Programme Board · Give support and advice to workstreams as required
