Monaghan County Council Framework for Housing Maintenance, Minor Construction & Refurbishment Contract 2014 (electronic submission required)

Tender description

Tenders must be submitted electronically via etenders. Pricing document must be completed electronically and submitted in Excel format AND pdf. The works awarded will be dependent on what arises over the contract period but will consist, in general of:- • domestic Housing Maintenance in local authority housing/buildings • electrical surveys and other work • leaking taps, leaking stopcock, broken toilets, burst pipes, • installing showers, replacement of electrical fixtures/fittings etc. • repairs to central heating systems in local authority housing/buildings, • leak detection, • working on watermains including all waterworks fittings, valves etc • provision of connections, • repairs of watermains etc. • pressure testing of mains • working on sewers • replacement/repair to doors/windows etc • roof repairs • ceiling and wall repairs • central heating boiler repairs • any other Housing Maintenance works that may arise • work described in the Pricing Document. Minor building works including small extensions It is envisaged that circa 450 number houses in County Monaghan may be improved under this programme in any 12 month period (150 houses in each Municipal District) at a cost of approximately €900,000.
