Derby City Council has a rented domestic housing stock of approximately 13,500 dwellings. The Council’s properties are managed by Derby Homes Limited, an Arm’s Length Management Organisation owned by the Council. Derby Homes Ltd, working on behalf of Derby City Council are looking for suitable service providers to undertake the work described below: To construct Vehicular Access within the highway in accordance with Section 184: Highways Act 1980 and to comply with the standards and specification of the Derby City Council.
