CALL OUT BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKS FOR LIT

Tender description

Generally the works to be carried out will involve the provision of appropriate personnel, materials, equipment and plant for maintenance works. Additionally the building contractor will be required to carry out projects and refurbishments with our in house works team as they arise. Where possible works can be carried and during normal working hours however due to the response nature of the works and also the nature of college business there will be a requirement for works to be carried out after normal business hours and at weekends. Works are likely to include building maintenance of: Joinery, ironmongery, doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, insulation, roofs, footpaths, roads, street furniture, sewers, drains, guttering and building fabric in general. LIT cannot guarantee the numbers of staff required at any one time or that work load will be continuous.
