Tender description

"24/7/365 maintenance contract for the hardware, software and support of a MITEL 3300 telephone system across six sites in Norfolk. 24/7 cover for major faults only. Winning contractor will be required to provide an engineer onsite once a month for whatever purposes the Trust requires (this may cover training, assistance with configuration etc)."
