Executive Search - The Scope of this piece of work is to invite proposals from companies of excellence in the executive search and selection market. - The successful company will be able to present an outstanding portfolio of successful appointments at executive level, and as a result, demonstrate a proven, cost effective and successful strategy for providing this service to CQC. The roles currently in scope for this tender are: 2 x Head of Provider Analytics (Strategy and Intelligence) 1 x Deputy Chief Inspector (Adult Social Care)*Provisional (may not be needed) 1 x Independent Member (Audit and Corporate Governance Committee) 1 x Director of Human Resources (Customer and Corporate Services) 1 x Head of Inspection (Hospitals) 1 x Head of Adult Social Care Policy (Strategy and Intelligence) 1 x Director of Intelligence and Policy (Healthwatch England) 1 x Head of Public Affairs (Healthwatch England)
