DBC - Window Cleaning Contract

Tender description

Dacorum Borough Council (The Council) requires a contractor to provide a window cleaning service to cover commercial buildings, elderly person’s dwellings and blocks of flats. The Council are seeking to appoint a Window Cleaning Contractor who can provide the services specified in the tender documentation and are flexible in their approach to be able to adapt to any changes that may affect future Council requirements. The Contractor shall provide all ladders and cleaning materials required and must comply with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH), and the provisions of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. The Contractor shall also be held responsible for any accident or damage that may occur to persons or property as a result of cleaning windows as set out in the specification.
