TS15012 Supply of an Externally Hosted, Web-Based Traded Services Solution for Schools and other Customers, with Associated Services

Tender description

The Council is looking to utilise a single Solution to enable the on-line sale and purchase of Traded Services to Customers and manage communication and reporting. The Council is seeking an initial Contract period of 3 years, with options to extend on an annual basis for up to 2 additional years. The Council requires a secure, externally hosted and managed, multi-user web-based Solution to support, as a minimum: Transactional and payment terms; Placing of orders; Shopping basket facility; Traded Services management; Data management; System administration and reporting; Communication and marketing; Training events and resource booking arrangements; Integration with the Council's ERP system to allow payments to be made; and Possible integration with the Council's e-payments system.
