RUG-RQ1516003 Corporate Plumbers Framework Non-Gas

Tender description

The Council is seeking to establish a framework of Plumbers (non-Gas) to support the in-house provision of social housing maintenance for a minimum period of 2 years from 1st July 2015. Selected Contractors awarded on the Plumbers (non-Gas) Framework will provide responsive repairs and maintenance and small improvement works for housing. A maximum of 6 suppliers are required to form this framework agreement. Works shall be “called-off” on the basis of price and availability. Should the preferred Contractor, on the basis of price, not be available as required the next preferred Contractor, on the basis of price, shall be approached and so on.
