Tender description

CITB has recently created a new smaller Board and advisory Council and has a substantially changed Executive team. Consequently it wishes to undertake a programme of work to support leadership development within and between the key governance bodies across the business. It is seeking support from a contractor with experience of working with a range of Boards in the public, private and third sectors, with a particular understanding of charitable trusteeship and the needs of public bodies. The programmme is expected to involve group workshops and discussions as well as some one-to-one interventions, and is likely to be delivered in association with Board, Council and Executive meetings, usually in or near London.
