PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS FOR TRANSPARENCY PURPOSES ONLY, ONLY CAPABLE SUPPLIERS UNDER THE DIGITAL SERVICES FRAMEWORK WILL BE INVITED TO BID. We are aiming to modernise the Choose a Fertility Clinic search tool by creating a new design-led responsive solution that meets the varying ways our users’ access and consume the information about clinics that we provide. The output should be a more engaging experience that ensures that the varying audience types are better informed and are more empowered to obtain their individual requirements. The goal is that statistics on the clinic pages should not be difficult to understand by a first time user. Information is not easy or quick to find with users reporting that our search tool (which directly leads into an ‘advanced-lite’ version of the advanced search) is overwhelming and difficult to use. In-tandem with this user facing modernisation, we are aiming to similarly update technologies and ways of working for delivering this user requirement.
