The Centre for Innovation in Health Management is a Centre within Leeds University Business School, and carries the reputation of a highly respected University. We believe there is nothing as practical as a useful theory. Our theoretical approach to organisational change and to leadership and management come out of complex systems theory. Our practice comes from taking an evidence-based approach to leadership, management and change. Individual and Organisational Development Associates working with CIHM at Leeds University Business School, will be part of the CIHM network. They will share the values and intellectual endeavour of our network – translating theory into practice, contributing to the learning across the whole of the CIHM’s work, working on contracts with peers, participating in peer review and in programme evaluation. They must therefore be loyal to CIHM, be prepared to share Intellectual Property, to develop new IP in CIHM and LUBS, and be prepared to contribute to the design and development of CIHM Leadership Programmes and OD products as brand leaders, cutting edge in terms of design and delivery. We expect our Associates to share our values which are an integral part of our strategy and guide our decisions and how we work together.
