The provision of complete vehicle exterior livery repainting and re-application of corporate vinyl branding services

Tender description

The Contracting Entity is seeking the provision of complete vehicle exterior livery repainting and re-application of corporate vinyl branding services for vehicles in its fleet. The services required include the collection of vehicles in its fleet from various Bus Eireann depots, strip down and preparation for reapplication of paintwork, complete reapplication of paint as per relevant corporate branding requirements and the re-application of all corporate, legal and operational vinyls and the return of the completed vehicles to the relevant Bus Eireann depots. The Contracting Entity intends to establish a panel of service providers in respect of each of the Contracting Entity’s five regions in the Republic of Ireland i.e. East Region, North West Region, West Region, South Region and South West Region under each of Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3, Lot 4, Lot 5, Lot 6, Lot 7 and Lot 8, to provide the required services. Applicants may apply to be considered for one or more regions under one or more of Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3, Lot 4, Lot 5, Lot 6, Lot 7 and/or Lot 8. Each region comprises one or more counties of the Republic of Ireland as more particularly described on pages 9, 10 and 11 of the Pre- Qualification Questionnaire.
