The works involve the supply and fitting of Door Entry/Access Controls Systems and general refurbishment and upgrade of the 21 manual gates and 3 car park gates at The Wharncliffe Flats Housing Complex, Carlisle Street, Rotherham which consists of 7 blocks of flats of varying designs. This is a gated complex with access points through the car park or the ground floor, the gates have now become tired and in need of a revamp and the entry system is dated and has become ineffectual. The successful contractor will be expected to carryout site surveys to the properties in question and will provide a fixed price for the gate refurbishment and door entry/access controls,
