Online Communications Package Brief

Tender description

This is an exciting new opportunity, which will require the successful tender to provide the delivery and support of an online or cloud-based communications package that will be used by up to 35 individual business owners plus programme staff. It will be used by the first ever cohort of the Aston Programme for Small Business Growth project, which started in late February 2015 to enhance their programme experience and peer networking. Companies are encouraged to apply for this project if they meet the following criteria: • Experience of providing a similar service – an existing system is preferred that can be delivered and used immediately • Experience of working with clients who use a project management or online communications package to keep in touch with a large group of external individuals • Ability to store data securely and provide full support if required • Ability to invoice for services provided
