Tender description

The aim of this piece of work is to complete the Discovery phase of the Honours and Appointments Service project. The objectives of the end-to-end Honours and Appointments Service project are:  To transform the Honours and Appointments Service from a Citizen (front-end) and Civil Servant (back-end) perspective  To transition the Honours and Appointments Service away from the current legacy technology platform Clear outcomes and more specific KPIS will be defined and agreed as part of the Discovery work itself. It is envisaged that this Discovery work will involve a multidisciplinary team looking at the following areas: Lot 1 – User Research and Content Design  User requirements: user research and needs analysis  Content requirements: SEO, content audit and information architecture Lot 2 – Software Engineering & Ongoing Support and Product Development and Service Design:  Business analysis: process analysis and design  Technical options analysis
