Tender description

This notice is for the publication of the Consultancy Value Statement which indicates the financial and non-financial value which has been delivered through this Contract. Sports Partnership Herefordshire and Worcestershire (SPHW) (the “Potential Public Service Mutual” or “Potential PSM”) were seeking to spin out as an independent public service mutual from Worcester City Council (the “Parent Body”) by the end of August 2014. The mutualisation support package had the following objectives: 1. To enable the Potential PSM to transition into a successful and sustainable PSM, enabling appropriate commercial skills to develop, by 29 August 2014. 2. To capture and share key learning and experience with the Parent Body and other mutualisation projects with a focus on combining community and staff ownership.
