Provision of Window Cleaning Services

Tender description

The Council is seeking to contract with suitable and competent contractors to undertake window cleaning services in a range of council and other public bodies' properties, including Schools, Offices, Libraries, Day Centres, Youth Centres The Council is contracting for the services as Employer on behalf of itself and the other bodies listed below: Weymouth And Portland Borough Council West Dorset District Council Arts University Bournemouth Purbeck District Council Highcliffe School (academy) Thomas Hardye School (academy) Dorchester Middle School (academy) The Contract will be let in four separate lots: Area A: Dorchester Area (approximately 42 sites) Area B : Weymouth & West Dorset (including Weymouth, Portland, Bridport, Beaminster, Lyme Regis approximately 70 sites) Area C: Mid Dorset (including Swanage, Wareham, Blandford, Sherborne, Shaftesbury, Gillingham, Sturminster Newton approximately 69 sites). Area D: East Dorset (including Verwood, Ferndown, Wimborne, Colehill, Corfe Mullen, Lytchett Matravers, Upton, Christchurch, Highcliffe approximately 53 sites). Tenderers may bid for any or all of the four lots.
