Tender description

The casework management system will serve as the datastore for all customer enquiries and casework related information held by the Service Complaints Ombudsman. The solution is intended to be used as follows: • To record all correspondence relating to casework • To manage and store all data relating to referrals of potential complaints to the Services • To manage and store all data relating to Ombudsman decisions on non-acceptance of a complaint or non-acceptance of an appeal (gateway decisions) • To manage and store all data relating to Ombudsman decisions on investigations relating to maladministration and injustice • To manage and store all correspondence relating to ‘live’ complaints • To provide management information on Ombudsman casework activity
