Provision of an External Funding Adviser, for the External Funding Advisory Service

LMH are seeking to appoint a single provider for the provision of an External Funding Advisory Service. The successful provider will be appointed on the following basis: 60% Price, 40% Quality (This will be made up of responses to method statement questions) Requirements The successful service provider will be based at LMH offices to provide this service based on receiving referrals from LMH staff To assist LMH tenants make applications for financial assistance to charitable organisations to help alleviate financial hardship and debt. Avoid tenants approaching illegal money lenders or pay day loan companies by offering advice and alternatives LMH would expect the successful bidder(s) to have access to a variety and large database for charitable organisations or trust with access to grants available for this specific service. The deadline for submissions will be 12:00, 24/04/2015. You will need to log onto The Chest to access documents and to check for new questions and answers, additional information, notifications and updates. IT IS THE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY VIEW THESE SECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. Providers must ensure that their response is submitted prior to the deadlines specified. Providers responses must be fully submitted via The Chest no later than the deadlines specified. No submission shall be considered or accepted if it is received after the final closing date and time specified in the documentation, unless the supplier has contacted LMH Procurement and there is a valid reason For the avoidance of doubt, the time registered is when a tenderer presses the final Submit button and will be based on the Due North Server time. IT IS THE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME TO SUBMIT THEIR RESPONSE. LIVERPOOL MUTUAL HOMES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR SUBMISSION IS RECEIVED LATE.
