Framework Agreement for the provision of building and structures maintenance service to Iarnród Éireann/Irish Rail

Tender description

Iarnród Éireann invites applications from suitably qualified companies to participate in the Pre-Qualification process for the appointment of companies to a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Building and Structures Maintenance Services. It proposes to pre-qualify a number of suitably qualified candidates to participate in the tender process. Under this contract the provision of building and structures maintenance services will be sought to support the requirements of both Iarnród Éireann and the CIE Group. Tenderers may submit a tender for the individual services or they may tender for both services as defined below. 1.The provision of skilled construction labour resources with a van and tools to execute cycle and reactive maintenance works within defined geographical locations. 2. The Provision of call off services for emergency front line works,required to carry out repairs and remedial works to building and structures within defined geographical locations. The type of works will require specialist /qualified tradesmen and skilled construction labour. A PRE – QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE IS ATTACHED TO THIS NOTICE AND SHOULD BE DONWLOADED, COMPLTED AND RETURNED.
