Tender description

The FSEC toolkit is a suite of software that has been developed by Government over the past 10 years to assist FRAs with planning Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) activity, on a cost/benefit basis, and in particular to help them determine local fire prevention, protection and response measures and to allocate resources across the board (financial, manpower, equipment, etc) to those areas under Integrated Risk Management Planning (IRMP). The provision of help-desk support to assist FRAs and DCLG to use and develop the FSEC toolkit. This is a contract extension from Nov 2014 to Mar 2015 to cover the period prior to the services being managed in-house by DCLG from 1 April 2015.
