Birmingham City Council invites organisations to make an application to be considered for a contract for the provision of a reward consultant to complete specialist pay modelling. The provision of the work programme to be completed will be initially for 12months. If any further work is required, a further procurement exercise will be carried out. The programme of work includes: • Equal pay audits • Pay modelling (base, fixed and variable) • Equal pay settlements • Market pay rate comparisons BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this contract and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest and download details.
