Business Improvement Strategy

Tender description

Worcester City Council is seeking to engage with a provider for the provision of Consultancy support to deliver a Business Improvement (BI) Strategy to include the vision, strategy and change programme that will enable the Council to deliver service improvement through application of this Strategy. The Consultant will be expected to support delivery of between 4 – 7 BI reviews, dependant on scale; using this activity to enhance and embed organisational BI competencies so that the Council can deliver the remainder of its BI reviews without Consultancy support. The Contract will commence on 29th June 2015 and will be for 12 months with the potential to extend up to a further 12 months.
