The provision of a Public Attitudes Survey for An Garda Síochána

Tender description

1.1 An Garda Síochána invites tenders to this Request for Tender (RFT) from economic operators for the provision of services as described in Appendix 1 of this RFT “Requirements and Specifications” for the provision of a Public Attitudes Survey for An Garda Síochána 1.2 The title of this RFT is Request for Tenders for the provision of a Public Attitudes Survey for An Garda Síochána 1.3 This public procurement competition relates to the provision of a survey of public attitudes relating to satisfaction, victimisation, views on crime, and views on Garda service and how it can be improved. The survey should be priced on the basis of being run as a standalone survey (and not part of the any omnibus survey). The survey should also be priced on the basis of running on a quarterly basis. 1.4 Tenders must be received not later than 3.00pm on 5th August 2014. Tenders that are received late WILL NOT be considered in this procurement competition. 1.4 Any contract that may result from this competition will be for a term of one-year with an option at the discretion of the Contracting Authority to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions on a yearly basis for a maximum of 2 further years. .
