Tender description

For the provision of Transport services (Ambulance, Patient Transport Vehicle, Minibus, Taxi and Courier) for the following lots:- Lot 1 – Inter-hospital / nursing home patient ambulance CEN A or B type transfer (stretcher cases requiring EMT on board) – single patient & multiple patient transfers (set rate fares) Lot 2 – Inter-hospital / nursing home / Care of the Elderly Day Hospital patient transfer (non-stretcher cases but requiring EMT on board) Lot 3 – Provision of Dialysis Patient Transport Services for stretcher patient (set rate fares) Lot 4 - Provision of Dialysis Patient Transport Services for Wheelchair Assisted patient (set rate fares) Lot 5 - Provision of Dialysis Patient Transport Services for Ambulatory patient (Set Rate Fares) Lot 6 – General Taxi usage – ad hoc services (standard and set rate fares) Lot 7 – Provision of Courier service – non laboratory items At Beaumont Hospital, St Josephs Hospital Raheny and the Raheny Community Nursing Unit (RCNU)
