Provision of Employers’ Pension Provision Survey 2015

Tender description

The EPP survey data is used extensively within DWP to feed into general policy developments but also to fulfil specific needs. The 2015 data will be used to provide the Department with an up to date picture of the private pensions landscape, with an emphasis on evaluating the recent Workplace Pension Reforms. The contractor will design a sampling strategy for the survey of employers. The sample will be matched through a variety of sources to telephone numbers. The contractor will design a screener questionnaire; advance letter and data capture material. The contractor will revise the 2013 questionnaire and new questions will be cognitively tested. The revised questionnaire will be piloted with 50 employers. 3,000 telephone interviews will be conducted. A final report and a fully documented data set, including variable list will be provided.
