319_14 Staff Benefits (excluding Lots 7 & 12)

Tender description

The Staff Benefits Framework Agreement will offer all UK local authorities and public bodies a simple and effective route to purchasing employee benefits via voluntary benefits and salary sacrifice schemes, including; cycle to work, childcare vouchers, holiday purchasing, qualifications and work place training, mobile and IT purchasing, car leasing, workplace parking, travel to work, healthcare and wellbeing benefits, retail and leisure discounts and also the provision of a fully managed service. It is envisaged that lots 1- 11 of the framework will be awarded to one or multiple suppliers per lot. Lot 12 will be awarded to a single supplier. Whilst initially for use by local authorities served by ESPO (see www.espo.org for further details), being a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Combined Procurement Directive 2004/18/EC, the Framework Agreement may also be open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and their Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; Full details of the classification of end user establishments and geographical areas is available on: http://www.espo.org/about-us/ojeu-permissible-users.aspx An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement.
