Nationwide Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Contract

Tender description

Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) are advertising for a 3 year nationwide maintenance contract for the servicing and maintenance of all fire extinguishers throughout the organisation. The successful company will be required to ensure that IÉ are at all times compliant to IS291. This will be a nationwide contract awarded to a single service provider. The contract will include the recording of all discharge testing completed, maintaining of asset registers and provision of fire safety training. IÉ are using the negotiated procedure for this tender process and as such, the process will be a 2 stage process. Stage 1 will involve interested companies downloading a copy of the attached PQQ. Completed questionnaires along with appropriate support documentation, should be returned in electronic copy to gary.mander@irishrail.ie by 22/03/2013. Stage 2 will involve a shortlist of companies being invited to tender based on their financial and technical capacity as provided in their PQQ and scored in line with the advertised selection criteria.
