Managed service for data management NHIS

Single Operator Framework Agreement for 24 months for the supply of a managed service for data management in the HRB’s National Health Information Systems (NHIS) The HRB requires a managed service to assist with data management in the NHIS. The main tasks associated with this service are: o Data coding and entry of forms onto an Access database. o Cleaning and querying cases of data returned. This will require some liaison with services on the data. o Data sorting, collating and matching. o Checking and querying electronic data. o Sending out validations to data providers. o Assisting NHIS staff with other tasks associated with data management as required. The managed service selected should be in a position to supply personnel to work on site. It is essential that personnel provided have good Access and Excel skills, and previous experience in dealing with large- scale datasets. It is also essential that they have good administrative and communication skills. Training will be provided on-site and ongoing supervision will be undertaken by existing NHIS staff. It is estimated that a managed service will be required for an initial 260 person days from the 25th September 2013 to early April 2014. All of the work will take place at the HRB’s premises
