Specifications for renovations of toilets at St. Peter’s College, October 2014 List of works: Toilet (1)  Supply & fit 85m2 of wall tiles  Supply & fit 26m2 of safe tread vinyl floor covering complete with coving  Supply & fit 2 fluorescent lights to ceiling  Supply & fit wall mounted hand dryers  Supply and paint 26m2 of ceiling  Supply & fit 3 low level toilets with isolation valves  Supply & fit 1100 600 DPC radiator including pipe and fittings as necessary  Supply & fit new vanity unit complete with 3 basins and tap ware  Supply & fit new under sink water heater  Supply &fit thermostatic blender valve for temperature control  Supply & fit new stud walls between toilets 2m high 2.5m long complete with 3 toilet cubicle doors  Supply & fit 2 mirrors (recessed into tiles) over sink unit  Remove and dispose of all existing sanitary ware and old cubicles and doors along with all other site waste  Re instate toilet roll/soap holder and sanitizers as required.
