Fingal County Council has the requirement for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of two back up diesel generators at: 1. County Hall, Swords Co Dublin and 2. County Council Offices, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. It will be a requirement of the contract that the contractor must supply and install the generator in both locations. For the avoidance of doubt tenders proposing the supply and installation at one location only will not be accepted. Requirements: 1.1 (350kVA) at Fingal County Council County Hall in Swords, co. Dublin The tender documents cover the requirements for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a 350 kVA. self-contained emergency diesel generator, complete with sound attenuated enclosure and associated electrical works including a new auto-changeover panel, modifications to existing switchgear, new sub-mains cabling . The generator will need to be craned / handled into position. The generator and associated enclosure and fuel tank shall be located to the rear of the headquarters building on the roof of a single storey structure adjacent to the existing ESB substation and main incoming ESB metering panel. 1.2 (250kVA) at Fingal County Council Offices Grove Road in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 The tender documents cover the requirements for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a 250 kVA. self-contained emergency diesel generator, complete with sound attenuated enclosure and associated electrical works including a new auto-changeover panel, modifications to existing switchgear, new sub-mains cabling. The generator and associated enclosure and fuel tank shall be located in the basement car park of the building. THE CONTRACT IS IMMEDIATE.
