Tender description

Implementation of the Open Data Initiative is being led and coordinated by the Government Reform Unit within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. In the lead up to the establishment of the Open Data Governance Board, the Government Reform Unit wishes to secure the external assistance of a strategic advisor to augment the current capacity and capability of the Department to provide specific expertise and technical advice and support in this area and to contribute to the development of a draft strategy for Open Data. This work would be for a maximum of 50 days with the possibility of one extension for a period of 20 days over a 26 week period following the award of the contract
