Business Intelligence Reporting Capability

Tender description

The Commission invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers to deliver scalable Business Intelligence Reporting Capability. The tender is to • Design a scalable data model suitable to meet the business intelligence reporting requirements of the Commission, including for example CRM information, numbering information and information allowing a geographical view of the data collected. The model should be designed for future integration with postcodes. • Implement a solution for capturing and reporting data to enable the publication of quarterly key data reports. A detailed data model will be required as part of this solution. It is envisaged that the implementation of the other business intelligence requirements (other than the quarterly data reports) will be the subject of a separate tender at a later date.
