Tender description
Fingal County Council (hereinafter referred to as 'Fingal') is acting as lead buyer on behalf of the four local authorities in the Dublin area that is Fingal County Council, Dublin City Council, South Dublin Council and Dun Laoghaire - Rathdown County Council. Fingal wishes to engage in a negotiated tendering procedure in order to award a contract for Support, Maintenance and Enhancement Services for the Dublin Region Non-Domestic Water Metering System. The duration of the contract will be for 12 months with the option to extend the contract on a quarterly/yearly basis for a further maximum period of 5 years, making the total maximum duration 6 years.
