Contract is at zero cost but there are staff process costs. approximately £3,000 so far with an anticipated £500 future spend (including employer pension and national insurance on-costs). Below is what I have accounted for: Past costs: Attending contract/set up meetings with Halfords Liaising with Corp Comms about the Camnet article Dealing with questions from the Camnet article prior to launch Dealing with e-mail and telephone queries Reviewing each application and contacting individuals, if necessary, to ensure they could comply with the scheme rules Authorising/rejecting each application Setting up the monthly deduction in payroll for each applicant Processing the invoice and paying Halfords for the cycles Setting up a suspense account in Finance Dealing with those on maternity leave who applied Dealing with leavers, who left shortly after deductions began On-going or future costs: Checking on a monthly basis to see if anyone with a deduction goes on maternity leave, unpaid sickness absence or leaves the organisation Dealing with anyone who has a deduction and has gone on maternity leave, unpaid sickness absence or left (manual adjustments have to be made to ensure we are compliant when dealing with these) Entering end dates in payroll to ensure the deductions cease at the correct time Monthly reconciliations of the payroll deductions Liaising with Halfords to transfer ownership of the cycles to them, at the end of the scheme 22/11/2017 BC - PO Raised AAN3273 for £35,671.67
