Tender description

Fáilte Ireland currently runs Microsoft Dynamics CRM v2011 across several business units. This tender is to procure technical services for the on-going development, support and upgrades of the existing system. In addition, the provider will facilitate future expansion and development of the system across other business units and through portals with external partners. The CRM system is currently hosted on internal infrastructure but this may change in the future to being externally hosted. Therefore, this tender may include the requirement for external hosting and the migration of the internal system to being externally hosted on either a private, hybrid or public cloud model. The provider of these services will also need to facilitate up- skilling and cross-skilling of the internal technical staff and “super users”, as well as general user training. This is to enable Fáilte Ireland staff to gain competency in both the technical and user aspects of the system and the underlying platform.
