The following have been awarded concessions for the locations listed from the 13th July 2013: Carlo Scappaticci (Lot 1- Sandymount Promenade, Lot 9- Merrion Square, Lot 12- Dollymount Beach- Bull Wall) Michael Scappaticci (Lot 13 -Dollymount Beach - North car park) Mark Prunty (Lot 14- Dollymount Beach - South car park) Smiths Icecream (Lot 5- Fairview Park) Patrick O'Brien (Lot 3- Bushy Park, Lot 8- Herbert Park) 8 applications were received. Dublin City Council proposes to award these trade concessions for the operation of mobile ice-cream and associated refreshments units until the end of December 2013, with the option, at its sole discretion, to extend the contract for a further period not exceeding 2 years subject to reviews.
