Tender description
University College Cork invites tenders for the appointment to a single-supplier agreement for the provision of Disability Transport Services. It is envisaged that the contract will commence in early September 2014. The service will be mainly provided throughout University College Cork. This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date. The term of this Framework Agreement shall be up to four years from the Commencement Date (the “Contract Period”), subject to satisfactory annual review, unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Framework Agreement.
