Supply of Web Application Developer Services

Tender description

The Citizens Information Board requires an experienced and skilled Web Application Developer to supplement its existing in-house resources and to assist in the analysis, development and maintenance of information systems. The resource will be required initially for one day per week or two days fortnightly (to be agreed) however dependent upon upcoming projects and workload this may increase significantly at various times during the course of the contract. Therefore based on this, the Citizens Information Board wish to enter into an agreement whereby there would be 100 days guaranteed with a further 300 days available through a drawdown mechanism over a 24 month period. A day is defined as 7.5 hours exclusive of lunch break. The drawdown days are not guaranteed and will be utilised based on the business requirements of the Board.
