Range and depth of previous relevant experience in delivering similar projects within the organisation and amongst the project team (max: 20 min: 10); 2. Demonstrates a clear understanding of the tender requirements; quality of the proposal (max: 25 min: 12); 3. Level of service offered, quality and level of resources to be applied to the service (max:15 min: 8); 4. Cost (max: 40)
