Framework Agreement - ICT Managed Services

Tender description

The Commission for Energy Regulation (the ‘CER’) is the independent body responsible for overseeing the liberalisation of Ireland's energy sector. Following a recent review of the Commission’s ICT Strategy it has been decided to seek an ICT Managed Services partner to support and maintain its current ICT systems and services and provide a disaster recovery service, as well as to work with CER to advise on and implement potential future changes required to meet any changing business requirements or deliver identified improvements to the ICT services’ performance, security or value for money. The required services will include IT infrastructure management, server storage, server management, telephony services, remote monitoring and a managed service desk. It is proposed to create a single provider framework agreement to cover these and related services. A more detailed specification of requirements is set out in sections 2 - 6 of the attached Invitation to Tender (ITT) document.
