Tender description
The Irish Naval Service (INS) hereby notifies interested parties that it plans to run a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) training course. This course will contain content which will enable students to sit the CEA examination as laid down by the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). Tenders are hereby invited from prospective contractors for the supply of training and examination, which satisfies, at a minimum, the requirements specified herein. The INS reserves the right to exercise the option to utilise the successful tenderer of this competition for the provision of CEA Training Course in 2014, 2015 & 2016. The full details of the requirements are outlined in Section 3 - Specification of Requirements.
